One-on-One Executive Coaching
Coaching executive level leaders provides intensive opportunities for reflection, self-awareness, and deep exploration of the impact of their behavior on their organization.
One-on-one coaching with mid-level leaders provides intensive opportunity for reflection, self-awareness, and deep exploration of the leader’s impact on their teams.
Team coaching is a process where an entire intact team is actively engaged in a coaching and alignment process. Data is typically collected on the individual members of the team and is used to generate insight into how the various members of the team impact
the effectiveness of the team as a whole.
Each coaching engagement may include:
